I founded Reliable Windows in 2003 with a simple goal, to provide a Reliable Window cleaning service to residents and business owners across West Sussex.

I discovered, when I first started the business, so many customers said to me they just wanted a Reliable window cleaner, one that would turn up regularly and do a great job. With that in mind, I called the business Reliable Windows.

Reliable Windows grew successfully over the years, due mainly from recommendations from existing customers, and in 2014 became Reliable Windows & Son, when Jack joined me in offering our professional services.
